Shipping Time & Methods


We ship orders Monday through Friday, during regular business hours (excluding holidays).
All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx. etc.
Estimated delivery time: 7-14 Business Days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $99 USD.
There is a $13.99 shipping fee for orders under $99 (For Standard Express)


Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the product:

  • In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 5 Days.

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces may take 4–5 weeks to complete.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and estimated delivery date.

Important: Occasionally, payment processing may take 24–48 hours to be verified by our payment provider. We will only begin shipping once we receive confirmation of a successful transaction.

Order Cut-off Time

 

Orders placed before 12:00 AM EST  will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the following business day.

Duties & Taxes

 

Our product prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

As the customer, you are responsible for any import fees, customs charges, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are typically paid to your country’s customs office or postal service at the time of delivery.
We do not prepay or estimate these fees at checkout.

In the case of returned shipments due to unpaid customs or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any additional return shipping or handling fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Please note: We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
Most orders are sent into production or fulfillment immediately, especially for custom-made items.
Once an item has entered production, no changes can be made.
